Sales Order Administrator

Job Description

ORBCOMM is seeking a highly motivated Sales Order Administrator to join our team. This individual will provide support to customers by clearly communicating information in a user-friendly and professional manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking charge of the queries (via email) from the customers using the products of ORBCOMM
• Process tickets/orders that are raised by the customer/internal teams on a timely manner, towards replacing faulty in warranty products, providing the required information accurately and in a professional manner
• Reach out to the customers via email and phone, to source information needed to process the tickets/orders
• Revert with information on status of pending orders and shipping notifications
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Work with Tier2/Tier I team to analyze further the requests and provide a resolution
• Interact with various internal teams like Operations, Account Management and Sales teams to follow and/or process the orders that are submitted

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduation preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
• Must have good typing skills with accuracy (excellent attention to detail)
• Must possess team player attitude, strong work ethics and strict adherence in following the process
• Must be collaborative, possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office products
• Willing to learn new technologies/different internal product lines.
• Good at handling heavy workloads and flexible to work as per the business requirements
• Good logical troubleshooting skills
• Willing to commute on their own
