This role is also an interface for dealer support & solutions. Sales related support & communication
Analyse Sales related data & drive efficiency up solutions in field to support in sales enhancement
Develop & drive exchange & retail finance related enablers & business trackers
Sales bridge with other departments to coordinate for any concern resolution, smooth running of FAME process, Call centre coordination, localized media plan finalization etc
Run point with external partners for continuity of smooth sales ops & find improvement opportunities through innovations (Airtel, Advantage club, Emagen etc)
Ensuring efficient dealer claim management through close coordination with Finance to support dealer fund managementAcademic Qualification & ExperienceBBA or above
