The Sales Incentives Specialists supports in the design of the Sales Incentive plan and administers variable incentives as part of the Sales Incentive plan and maintains commission processes and systems to improve the scalability and efficiency of Colt\xe2\x80\x99s commissions processes and systems.
Typical roles and responsibilities include:
Assist in developing and implementing the Sales Incentive plan, including related policies and procedures, to align with Colt\xe2\x80\x99s goals and competitive processes.
Work with other Colt functions to support defining and documenting compensation policies, update compensation documents, and generally provide support.
Analyse the impact of the Sales Incentives plan, providing performance insights to senior stakeholders.
Maintain commission processes and systems and support on queries around them in alignment with the policies and procedures.
Instigate commissions and support on queries around them.
Research and understand current and future competitive markets for sales incentives.
Maintain working knowledge of relevant legislation that may affect internal compensation policies.
