The role covers ownership of all reports and analysis for management business reviews and leadership discussions as well as support business strategic initiatives, and other key business programmes.This role involves collaboration across cross-functional teams, providing data-driven insights/analysis and facilitating accurate management reporting to support key business decisions and achieve the company's strategic goals.Role Accountabilities:

  • Support, automate and streamline all regular reporting and analyse complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth, extract meaningful insights, and communicate actionable recommendations to key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Develop and prepare bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly business review packages and Board presentations. Create and manage comprehensive sales reports, dashboards and presentations with insightful charts and analysis for senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Be the go-to source for sales intelligence, always bringing insights rather than only data to drive future growth, customer success, and sales effectiveness.
  • Support the fiscal year transition process, sales team structure, sales territory and hierarchy planning, sales coverage, target setting and sales performance achievement calculations.
  • Business partnering with sales leaders to support monthly/quarterly reviews, target setting, forecasting, pipeline management and other ad-hoc requests
  • Assist in the design and implementation of incentive programs to motivate and reward top performers in collaboration with the payroll team.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Divisions, PMO, Finance, and IT, to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions to business challenges
  • Leverages specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgement and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.
  • Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation

Nice to have prior Digitalization experience.Skills and Capabilities
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Strong skills in understanding sales process, market units' business strategy and analytics requirements/ governance
  • A deep understanding of the business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively translate data into insights for actionable business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges using data-driven methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, have an ability to adapt to changing business needs, technologies, and data-related trends is crucial in a rapidly evolving data landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and have an ability to establish and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with Market / global teams across organization.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts, insights and analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and independently.
  • Strong business acumen and will have an ability to remain cool under pressure. Should be able to proactively raise thoughtful questions, create insights and proposals for actions which will enhance the effectiveness of business teams. Able to work self-guided and independently as well as in a team, to complete projects using own judgment and experience.
