City Manager - Sales Operations (Site Visit Department)
Overview: We are hiring a results-driven City Manager to lead and grow our Site Visit Team. The role involves managing Team Leaders and agents, driving sales, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving growth targets in a specific city. Comfortable working 5 days a week with 1 rotational day off.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the growth and performance of the Site Visit Team.
• Lead, motivate, and manage Team Leaders and agents to meet sales targets.
• Plan and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Analyze team performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless customer experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably Tier 1/Tier 2).
Experience: 6+ years in sales (4+ years managing teams) . Background in industries like edtech, real estate, or hospitality preferred.
Skills: Leadership, communication, analytics, CRM proficiency, and fluency in English & Kannada.
Comfortable working 5 days a week with 1 rotational day off.
