Job Overview
As a Sales Executive at ZAPS Travel, you will play a key role in driving sales of our travel packages. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering tailored travel solutions, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Client Consultation : Engage with potential clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Package Sales : Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, including customized tours, group tours, and corporate travel solutions.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Research : Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and travel industry updates to tailor sales strategies effectively.
• Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Customer Support : Assist clients with pre-trip arrangements, address inquiries, and provide after-sales support to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Reporting : Prepare sales reports, track sales metrics, and provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A proactive approach with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.
