Key Responsibilities



• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
• Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
• Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge, and CRM systems
• Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and tools to support accurate sales projections

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role (Must)
• Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team (Must)
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
• Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM)
• Ability to prioritize, plan and organize
• Passion for sales and operational development
