Job Description
We are looking for Sales Operations Executive, Who have experience in Zoho, Freshworks or Salesforce CRM for our Client in Chennai.
Experience Required: 2 to 5 yrs
Notice Period: 20 to 30 days
JD:
• Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Input and manage all leads received in the CRM system.
• Make calls and arrange meetings for the business development manager.
• Customize Zoho CRM and Freshworks to align with company processes and workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM.
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights to the management team.
• Act as a backend resource for the sales team, providing support and ensuring smooth operations.
• Monitor key sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?9,070.49 - ?42,512.68 per month
