This is a Hybrid Job with the following Responsibilities:
Perform back-end office operations for production and sales (e.g. data entry, label creation, shipment creation)
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Work Requirement:
Understanding of the retail sales process
Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work various shifts
Ability to work with sales teams, Flexible and able to work in fast and paced and varying environments. Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and working on App based CRM's. Must have strong communication and convincing skills in English and Tamil Language.
