Duties: Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools. Handling queries from various requestors to investigate and resolve. Serve as a Trusted Deal Coach to the Sales Organization Establish strong partnership with the Sales, Finance, Legal and other functional teams on the day to day aspects of deal process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to deal support, deal enablement and deal governance to optimize deal structure and accelerate deal velocity Complete SOP documentation of various processes / scenarios Collaborate with other teams to obtain query responses within defined SLAs Identify and diagnose issue category, and support problem resolution Monitor issues from start till resolution, and escalate if needed to resolve. Skills: Sales operations, order management, understanding pricing in SAAS business. 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales Operations and/or Deal Management functions in Cloud, SaaS and subscription business Experience with CRM and CPQ systems Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities Be creative and solution-oriented. Experience in SAP ERP is a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools Experience in Servicenow workflow is a plus Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication Ability to work in an aggressive, fast paced environment managing multiple priorities Must be hands-on with solid attention detail Education: Bacherlors with 1-2 years experience.
