URGENTLY HIRING SALES OFFICERS FOR BOCHE TEA

Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and quotas.

Identify potential clients and initiate contact through creative approaches on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Create engaging social media content to attract leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.

Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate sales and marketing strategies effectively.

Analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies and enhance performance.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative sales approaches.

Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
