Job Purpose:Sales Officer CLAP is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source loan against property loans from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Consumer LAP business.Key Accountabilities:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Marketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Branch leads follow up and conversion.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Conversion of leads to logins.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Achieving assigned monthly productivity\xe2\x9e\xa2 Sourcing quality portfolioJob Duties & Responsibilities:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Cold calls to be done in the catchment mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated for CLAP business.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Distribute C-LAP brochures in the catchment area to generate leads.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Conduct market visits and promote CLAP to prospective customers.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Understanding customers requirement for business loan and pitching the right product as per requirement\xe2\x9e\xa2 Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain daily sales report.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Collect 2 references from every customer for C-LAP business.Age, Educational & Experience Requirements: Age 22 to 35 YrsEducational Qualification: GraduateRelevant Experience :Minimum 1 to 3 Years of LAP / sales experienceCore Competencies & Skills\xe2\x9e\xa2 Sales Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Domain Expertise\xe2\x9e\xa2 Sales & Lead Generation Activities, Client Meetings,\xe2\x9e\xa2 Closely work with Branch Team\xe2\x9e\xa2 Objection handling, Product knowledge.CTC Range Upto 4.00 Lacs PA
