Job Description

:

We are seeking a self-driven and dedicated Sales Officer to manage and execute field sales activities in the outer parts of Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in the FMCG food industry. This role requires independent work, with responsibility for all aspects of sales, from strategy development to execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct field sales in the outer parts of Rajasthan.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Regularly visit the market to gather insights and feedback.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process without team support.

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG food industry.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets independently.
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG food market in Rajasthan.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
