Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Bareilly, Ghaziabad
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Execution:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell the company's products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Market Development:
• Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers to expand the market presence.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Product Knowledge:
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio.
• Conduct product training sessions for clients and distributors, as needed.
• Territory Management:
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to ensure effective coverage.
• Regularly visit markets to assess competition and customer feedback.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Market understanding and knowledge of local distributors/retailers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
Experience:
• 2+ years in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics, or Herbal Products.

Pay: ?8,328.46 - ?28,467.31 per month
