Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Execution:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Market Penetration:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Expand the company's market share in Lucknow and surrounding areas.
• Product Promotion:
• Promote the company's product range, ensuring maximum visibility in the market.
• Conduct promotional activities like retailer meets and product demonstrations.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving complaints.
• Act as the point of contact between the company and its clients.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Skills Required:
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Lucknow.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate (Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred).
Experience:
• 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics, or related industries.

Pay: ?9,208.19 - ?38,994.35 per month
