• Sales work for Different Project Residential
• Generating sales : Working to meet sales targets, and generating sales with existing and new customers
• Building relationships : Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and developing new ones
• Providing customer service : Listening to customer needs and concerns, and providing advice on pricing and real estate trends
• Conducting market research : Identifying selling opportunities, and evaluating customer needs
• Promoting properties : Participating in exhibitions, open houses, and marketing activities
• Negotiating : Negotiating and closing deals, and handling complaints or objections
• Collaborating : Collaborating with team members, lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
• Staying current : Keeping up-to-date with changes in the local and national real estate market
Some other responsibilities of a real estate sales executive may include:
• Organizing site visits for prospective customers
• Accompanying customers on site visits
• Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Inputting information into a CRM system
