Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory. Conduct regular market visits to assess product availability and visibility. Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence. Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies. Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager. Coordinate with his team. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns from retailers.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil or FMCG industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,960.07 - ?60,000.00 per month
