Work Location: Mumbai Work Territory (Market): Jogeshwari to Dahisar Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x9e\x94 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. \xe2\x9e\x94 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. \xe2\x9e\x94 Assisting higher management in developing reasonable sales goals, oversee the activities of sales employees, and collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence. \xe2\x9e\x94 Planning and executing targets of self & reportee\'s (sales representatives - SR, junior sales officers - JSO). \xe2\x9e\x94 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and offers \xe2\x9e\x94 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data \xe2\x9e\x94 Fix monthly secondary & primary sales objectives. \xe2\x9e\x94 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations \xe2\x9e\x94 Identifying gaps & working level brand wise. \xe2\x9e\x94 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences \xe2\x9e\x94 Always look into the distribution of product in market through the distributor \xe2\x9e\x94 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections \xe2\x9e\x94 Making secondary plan every month for SR & JSO & review on weekly basis. \xe2\x9e\x94 Work with SR & JSO & visit at wholesaler, A- category outlets as per plan. \xe2\x9e\x94 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams \xe2\x9e\x94 Build good working relationships with existing and prospect distributors. \xe2\x9e\x94 Settlement of monthly all claims, damages & coordinate with Area/Regional Sales Manager (ASM/RSM) regarding each & every point. \xe2\x9e\x94 Take care of damage stock of distributor point to be sent to super stockist or company\xe2\x80\x99s warehouse. \xe2\x9e\x94 Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets Primary and secondary sales \xe2\x9e\x94 Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions \xe2\x9e\x94 Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. \xe2\x9e\x94 Motivate and train the team to work better. \xe2\x9e\x94 Look for collaboration opportunities and inform the management on a timely basis.
