Exp.: 2 years min at Real estate firm only
Skills required : Fluent in English / should be presentable
Salary : 20-30 K + Good incentives
Rolls :
To should have a good acknowledge of commercial & Residential projects
Good commend on negotiation part and convincing power
Develop, implement and maintain monthly sales tracking systems such as sales reports.
Responsible for service the existing customers & new market development.
Maintain customers and their competitor's strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile.
Managing multi tasking work profile such as Project hunting, searching new contacts etc.
Active on Collection of revenue from clients.

Salary: From 15000- 22,000.00 per month
