Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Educate customers about the features and benefits of Gagan Toor Dal products.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
