Position: Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Market Work:
• Conduct regular market visits to assess and ensure proper product visibility, stock levels, and merchandising.
• Identify new opportunities for product placements and promotions to enhance market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers.
• Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Distributor Handling:
• Manage and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely product delivery, order fulfillment, and overall inventory management.
• Monitor distributor performance, including sales targets, stock levels, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Provide training and support to distributor teams to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Handle any distributor-related issues or concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
