KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, assessment, and reskilling services with training to companies. We are looking for a Dairy Feed Sales Officer for an important client in the agricultural sector. You will support the team with face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers, appointing new distributors, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels for your assigned territory. In this position, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions to farmers. Location: Karnataka, India Functions
Help develop, advice and deliver sales bids, proposals, presentations and participate in conducting product demonstrations.
Help identify and contact prospective customers, mainly farmers.
Build customer relationships that help generate future sales and repeat business.
Apply broad theoretical job knowledge to sell directly to customers.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Requirements
Proven experience in driving business growth, expanding geographic reach, and enhancing profitability in the designated territory.
Demonstrated ability in managing distributor sales, particularly in rural areas.
1-3 years of relevant experience required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dairy/Cattle Feed Sales specifically in Karnataka.
Agriculture experience is also considered relevant for diversity candidates.
