Sales Officer (Location: Pune)We are looking for Sales Officer for FMCG Company (Job location: Pune, Maharashtra)Roles and Responsibilities: -\xc2\xb7 Responsible to create and maintain long-term consumer relationships.\xc2\xb7 Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.\xc2\xb7 Visiting marketplaces regularly and ensure fulfilment of market needs on time.\xc2\xb7 Make phone calls to prospective consumers to explain the companys products and encourage sales.\xc2\xb7 Answer client questions and, where needed, escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.\xc2\xb7 Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.\xc2\xb7 Analyzing competitors\' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.Skills:-
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
