Job Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for driving the sales of the company's products and services within a designated region or market. This involves engaging with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer must work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Targets and Revenue Growth:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and market potential to expand sales.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Promote products effectively, demonstrating their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations when required.
• Sales Reporting:
• Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager or senior management, outlining progress against targets.
• Record and maintain customer data and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• Analyse sales trends and provide feedback to enhance sales strategies.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share market insights.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, quotations, and proposals.
• Process orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and contracts.

• A valid two-Wheeler driver's license
Salary and Benefits:
• Base Salary: Best in the industry (competitive salary based on experience and qualifications)
