Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Officer
with at least
3 years of experience in FMCG retail distribution
. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our retail footprint, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the distribution and visibility of Organic Universe products.
Identify and onboard new retail partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather insights.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG retail distribution.
Prior experience in organic products is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
