Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Interaction:
• Identify and approach potential customers, including farmers and distributors, within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product Demonstration and Education:
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of farming equipment.
• Educate customers on how the equipment improves farming efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
• Market Research and Lead Generation:
• Analyze local market trends and gather insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on leads through visits, calls, and events.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives through effective sales techniques and a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise strategies to enhance product reach.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
• Offer suggestions for product improvements based on customer input.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?23,600.00 - ?25,400.00 per month
