We are looking for a passionate and driven Retail Sales Officer to join our energetic team in the Retail Banking Department!In this dynamic role, you will be the face of the bank, building strong relationships and driving sales of our comprehensive suite of financial products and services.Responsibilities:
Proactively acquire new customers across various segments (individual, salaried, self-employed) by leveraging branch walk-ins, referrals, and market outreach activities.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products (CASA - Current & Savings Accounts, loans, investments).
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a seamless banking experience across all channels (branch, digital banking).
Act as a trusted financial advisor, providing personalized financial solutions tailored to their unique goals and aspirations.
Sales Excellence and Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed set sales targets for accounts, deposits, loans, and other bank-approved products, contributing significantly to branch revenue generation.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities and maximizing customer acquisition through effective lead generation.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and bank policies to position products competitively.
