\xf0\x9f\x94\x91 Key Responsibilities:

• Actively drive sales of home loan products through direct customer engagement and relationship building.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated with industry trends.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information about home loan products, including interest rates, repayment options, and benefits.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues to ensure a smooth loan application process.

\xf0\x9f\x93\x8b Requirements:

• Experience: 0-12 months in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Freshers with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply!
• \xf0\x9f\x8e\x93 A degree in any discipline is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• \xf0\x9f\x9b\xb5 Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for client visits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned locations.
