Actively drive sales of home loan products through direct customer engagement and relationship building.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated with industry trends.
Provide clients with comprehensive information about home loan products, including interest rates, repayment options, and benefits.
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues to ensure a smooth loan application process.
\xf0\x9f\x93\x8b Requirements:
Experience: 0-12 months in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Freshers with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply!
\xf0\x9f\x8e\x93 A degree in any discipline is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
\xf0\x9f\x9b\xb5 Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for client visits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned locations.
