Sourcing business through different channels Meeting with clients to assess their needs Providing financial advice Closing sales deals Maintaining relationships with clients Achieving sales targets Developing and preparing home loan products Promoting home loan products Processing files for sanction Coordinating for disbursement of loan
Other skills and responsibilities

Understanding various business profiles of self-employed and non-professionals Completing customer assessment by visiting their business place, residence, and security Counseling home buyers on the potential of home loans and options available Pursuing the files shared with banks for faster processing Checking the CIBIL report of the customer Being aware of company products and competition offerings Handling customer objections Being respectful to colleagues, seniors, and partners
