Job Purpose:Sales Officer Gold Loan is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source Gold Loan Customers from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Gold Loan business.Key Accountabilities:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Marketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Branch leads follow up and conversion.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Conversion of leads to logins.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Achieving assigned monthly productivity\xe2\x9e\xa2 Sourcing quality portfolioJob Duties & Responsibilities:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Achieve allocated sourcing budget (New to Bank) in terms of numbers & value on a daily basis.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Area mapping of the assigned area for identifying the potential of the area.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Activity based lead creation for acquisition of NTB customers.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Log daily leads in the lead management system\xe2\x9e\xa2 Meet minimum 10 new customers daily and record DSR (Daily Sale Report) both digitally & physically.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Smooth onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring appropriate coordination with branch staff.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Properly educate customers about scheme details / interest servicing / renewals.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain diary & always keep your appointed time & dates promptly.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Understand products & prevailing industry practices and trends and suggest system /process changes required, to respective verticals.Age, Educational & Experience Requirements: Age 22 to 35 YrsEducational Qualification: GraduateRelevant Experience :Minimum 1 to 2 Years of Gold Loan / Sales ExperienceCore Competencies & Skills\xe2\x9e\xa2 Sales Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Domain Expertise\xe2\x9e\xa2 Sales & Lead Generation Activities, Client Meetings,\xe2\x9e\xa2 Closely work with Branch Team\xe2\x9e\xa2 Objection handling, Product knowledge.CTC Range Upto 3.18 Lacs PA
