We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services to meet their expectations.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
Present and demonstrate company products and services to clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales strategies
Negotiate and close sales deals, while ensuring profitability for the company
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team

Requirements:
2 candidate, Qualification 1) B Pharma & 1) MBAMinimum of 2 years experience in sales or a related field (gifting promotion to Pharma sector experience is preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Highly motivated and target-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
