Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct research to understand client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Promote and sell a variety of insurance products to corporate clients.
• Develop customized insurance plans based on client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
• Close sales and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
