We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified CHIEF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED.

Job Title: Sales Officers

Taking the initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Objectives of this Role:

? Developing and implementing effective Sales for General Trade, Modern Trade.

? Establish productive and professional relationships with Distributor, Retailer, Whole sellers & Key Accounts.

? Good Negotiate Skills and ability to close sales call with Key Outlets & Store.

? Achieve Sales Target on the Set Territory/ Area.

? Achieve, Monitor and analyze Sales performance metrics and execute new Action Plans

? Prepare & Review monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports (good in Excel).

? Stay up to date with new product launches and competition Activities.

? Using market data, statistics, and trends to establish sales goals.

? Familiar with CRM software and MS Office.

? To increase the coverage in terms of Outlets, Towns, Distributors & Super- Stockiest.

? To achieve Financial & Performance KPI along with Action KPI.

? To adhere planned working on Depth on Metro towns and Super B class towns on the basis of PJP.

? To Prepare Activity Calendar & Conduct Promotional Activities to boost sales.

Work Location: Goa

Candidate Requirement:

? Candidate applying for the position of Sales Officer should hold the relevant degree in the Field. An Applicant holding bachelor's degree and/or Master Degree in Marketing would be preferred for this role.

? Candidate must have relevant core FMCG experience.

? Ability to have full knowledge of markets, up country areas and should have good relationship with Whole sellers & retailers.

? This position demands candidates who can self-motivated themselves and through to implement with more efficiency

? Should be well organized and should have ability to work under pressure and accomplish task within the deadlines.

? Should have good analytical skills to calculate rates, schemes calculation and explain margins to the trade.

? Should have good Team - work, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

? Immediately available to join the company is THE MUST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
