As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with customers.This is a full-time position with an employment type of \'Full-Time\'.Candidate should have field experience preferably in FMCG products.Candidate to deal with wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, Hotels and Restaurants, catering food industry on a daily basis.Taking care of retail sales preferable Foil and Tissue industry. (Business Development Executive).Qualifications and Skills2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG industry, Min 10+2, Graduate preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to promote and sell FMCG products within the assigned territory.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining existing customer baseProvide product demonstrations and training to Major Hospitals & Healthcare InstitutionsMonitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and forecasts.

  • Achieving sales targets: Meeting monthly sales goals for products and services

  • Preparing reports: Creating accurate sales and expense reports
  • Staying up-to-date: Keeping informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Networking: Attending trade shows and networking events to build relationships and generate leads
