Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by visiting retail outlets, pharmacies, and other relevant points of sale.
- Ensure the availability and visibility of products in all outlets within the territory.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns from customers promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze data to develop insights and make informed recommendations to management.
Merchandising and Brand Promotion:
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of products to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
- Conduct in-store promotions and activities to increase product awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns and initiatives.
