Job Summary:
EduXGateway is seeking a Sales Officer who will be responsible for guiding and assisting education agents and students in understanding and using EduXGateway's platform. They will promote EduXGateway's services, onboard clients, provide system demonstrations, and ensure users maximize the platform's benefits. This role suits a client-focused professional with strong sales abilities and a proactive approach to B2B client support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with education agents, introducing them to EduXGateway's platform, converting leads into active users, and addressing their specific needs.
• Provide guided tutorials to new users, helping them navigate and fully utilize the platform's features.
• Understand each client's unique needs and demonstrate how EduXGateway's services can support their goals.
• Use digital outreach and networking to attract new clients and meet sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support, promptly addressing any client issues or questions to ensure satisfaction and sustained engagement.
• Provide feedback from clients to the product team for potential improvements and assist in developing promotional materials to attract prospective clients.
• Attend to other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the manager.
