Must-Haves :- Proven experience in business growth, geographic expansion, and profitability in the assigned territory- Strong experience of handling distributor sales specifically in rural areasTop 3 Mandatory Skills:Years of experience: 1 - 3 years - Atleast 1 year of experience in Dairy/Cattle Feed Sales in Karnataka (for diversity candidates - even agriculture experience is relevant)- Should have excellent connects with farmers in Karnataka Joining time / Notice Period: Immediate / 1 month- No Poach Clients (Plus other Strict No-Nos) :Irrelevant companies like someone from Mother dairy, someone selling milk products Nice to Haves :Only Animal Health companies in the Dairy Feed business will be relevantTarget Companies :- SKM Feeds- Krishi Feeds- Heritage Nutrivet- Shanti Cattle Feed- Hatsun Agro- Panchmukhi Feeds- Godrej Agrovet- CP India- Suguna - Venkys- IFFCO Kisan Sanchar- Amul Cattle Feed- Milklane (Innoterra)Additional Guidelines :Readiness to Travel: 100%Interview Process - 1 HR round, 2 rounds with RSM and Commercial Director - Dairy FeedWould prefer face to face interviewsReporting Structure: Individual contributor role reporting to the ASMRelocation Expenses: Will be given as per the policy, reimbursement for face to face interview will be given as per the policy (ref:updazz.com)
