Also, they need towork closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Consumer LAP business.Key Accountabilities:Marketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation.Branch leads follow up and conversion.Conversion of leads to logins.Achieving assigned monthly productivitySourcing quality portfolioJob Duties & Responsibilities:Cold calls to be done in the catchment mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated forCLAP business.Distribute C-LAP brochures in the catchment area to generate leads.Conduct market visits and promote CLAP to prospective customers.Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.Understanding customers requirement for business loan and pitching the right product as perrequirementLogins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.Maintain daily sales report.Collect 2 references from every customer for C-LAP business.Age, Educational & Experience Requirements:Age 22 to 35 YrsEducational Qualification GraduateRelevant Experience Minimum 1 to 3 Years of LAP / sales experienceCore Competencies & SkillsSales Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Domain ExpertiseSales & Lead Generation Activities, Client Meetings,Closely work with Branch TeamObjection handling, Product knowledge.CTC RangeUpto 3.5.LPAInterested Candidates can share your resume onHr@wehirectrecruitments.com/Priyanka.patil@wehirectrecruitments.comAlso Call on 8830316140
