Job Description

Key Responsibilities: o

Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the assigned territory.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure consistent product availability and visibility in the market.
• Distribution Channel Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.
• Ensure timely distribution and replenishment of products to various sales points. o Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.
