Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or steel industry.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction and structural steel products and their applications.
Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Customer Service Orientation: A client-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel to client locations and construction sites.
Personal Attributes:
Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
Work Environment:
The role requires fieldwork, including site visits to construction projects, client offices, and industrial areas.
The position may also involve working from home or in an office setting for administrative tasks.
Career Path:
Field executives can advance to roles such as Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager with experience and proven sales performance.
