Develop new dealers from untapped areas through market penetration.- Accountable for revenue generation and margin targets for pan India level and develop strong dealership model across India.- Conduct sales promotional activities like farmers meet, field activities, etc. regularly.- Partnering with various NGOs/FPOs/ NBFCs to explore new business opportunities.- Prepare a calendar and monitor different demand generation activities like farmer\'s meet/ webinar/seminar/Govt. official\'s meet across India.- Sales promotion marketing Activities.- Daily reporting on sales activities to top management.- Collecting customer feedback and market research.- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.- Visiting and meeting the Distributors and Dealers regularly & Meeting the Farmers on regular intervals.
