Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Office Executive to join our team in Gabheni, Surat. This entry-level position involves preparing quotations, scheduling meetings with clients, following up on inquiries, and generating leads. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Quotations: Assist in creating and managing client quotations based on their requirements.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
• Inquiry Management: Respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers, providing necessary information and support.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Lead Generation: Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of client interactions and quotations in excel format.
• Collaboration: Work with the sales team and other departments to ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent , bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
