Job Title : Sr. Engineer /Manager / Deputy Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Sales & MarketingThe candidate should have good knowledge of the Fertilizer / Refinery /
Petrochemical industry equipment like reactors pressure vessels heat exchangers
with due emphasis on technical requirement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have exposure and good relations with customers / consultants in the above
sectors.to be able to frame marketing & sales strategies and adequate knowledge of
commercial terms & conditions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have exposure to technical and commercial specifications of major customers
/ consultants and shall be able to prepare final technical and commercial offer.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding the manufacturing strengths & existing product portfolio of process
equipment of the company & accordingly:
o Identify the potential new products in the areas of nuclear, petrochemicals, pollution
control, fertilizers, chemicals, thermal power.
o Carry out the gap analysis w.r.t skill sets & capabilities available in the organization
v/s those required for such identified new product.
o Prepare an objective marketing plan & lead the efforts to make breakthroughs.
o Book orders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate must have knowledge of buying behavior of the potential customers.Personal Profile:-
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience: 2 to 15 Years
\xef\x82\xb7 Educational Qualifications: Degree - Mechanical Engg. Throughout >60% marks
