As a Sales Executive at Vigyos, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, directly impacting our success by developing customer relationships and closing sales. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who possesses a passion for sales and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to propose solutions that align with their business goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to bolster company image and develop greater brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating interest and demand for products and services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales experience of 0-1 years, preferably in Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A driven and resilient personality, capable of managing rejections and pursuing goals despite challenges.
