Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hadapsar, Pune. The ideal candidate will excel in building customer relationships, closing sales, and achieving targets. This role involves prospecting, presenting products/services, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Hadapsar, Pune, through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.

Conduct product presentations, sales pitches, and contract negotiations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.

Maintain accurate sales records, including client interactions and pipeline updates, using CRM tools.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the Pune region.

Qualification :

Education:

For Freshers: Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA (Sales, Marketing, Business Development), or a related field.

For Experienced Candidates: A degree in BBA, MBA, or related fields with 1-3 years of sales experience.

Experience:

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing is preferred.
