Analytical -Lab Instruments Company in operation since the year 1981; is engaged in developing cost effective instruments used in Chemical. Pharmaceutical, Fertiliser& Petrochemical Industries, Research Institutes, National Laboratories etc. Many instruments are offered with validation documents & computer connectivity with software for CFR 21 Part II Compliance. The Company has PAN India presence for marketing & technical support coupled with R&D facility & Application Lab facility & has created its own Niche in the area of Analytical & Laboratory Instrumentation. New products are being added from the areas of on line instrumentation, general purpose instruments &biotechnology. SALES EXE / TERRITORY SALES MGR (Analytical /Lab Instruments )- GUJARAT .. No of Open position : 1 Position Based at : VADODARA /Ahmedabad Mode : Residential Sales Position Summary : To promote business in an assigned territory. Achieve sales target. Responsible to support sales activities for all assigned product lines. For this Role candidates should be well conversant with market segments and customers in the assigned territory. Experiences & Qualifications: 3 to 4 years of experience in direct selling of analytical / scientific Instruments in the region, Gujarat... Experience of working with a team. Experience of handling government tenders & customer accounts directly. Academic Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 B.E ( Electronics / Instrumentation)/ BSc \xe2\x80\x93 Chemistry ( Can be relaxed for candidate with relevant experience) Responsibilities: 1. Develop technical competence for assigned product lines. We provide regular soft skill / technical trainings. 2. Plan to achieve the set product targets. 3. Coordinate and work with the branch / other support teams. 4. Punctuality / Discipline in reporting and working. Job Specifications Knowledge Required: 1. Knowledge of Industry /Markets in the assigned territory. Pharmaceutical sales experience is an added advantage. Dominant Industry segment \xe2\x80\x93 Petrochemistry / Chemicals / Foods / Institutional / Academics / Pollution Control 2. Able to handle Excel / Word / Power point / Sales CRM. Desired Abilities: 1. Ability to work in a team. 2. Ability to connect to people and make relationship. 3. Ability to work and perform under pressure. 4. Ability to make official written and oral communication in English language. 5. Ability to use latest available technologies like Laptops / Smart phones PC / Digital channel platforms / Latest software to execute work. 6. Ability to travel extensively and to remote locations of country. Average travel time can be up to 2 weeks a month. Desired Skills: Business Communication Skills. Inter-personal management Skills Organizing skills. Selling Skills. At least 3 Years direct selling experience.
