Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting the company's coaching services. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and creativity to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. The Marketing Manager will work closely with various colleges tieups and seminar activities to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution of College tieups and Local Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company's services.
Define target audiences, customer personas, and competitive positioning.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor and adjust marketing plans based on performance and market conditions.
Preferred:
3+ years of experience in marketing, with Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
Experience in same industry i.e ias-upsc coaching
