As a Marketing and Sales Manager in the PEB industry, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries that can benefit from our PEB solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking. Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our PEB solutions.
4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits our services. Customize presentations to address specific client needs and requirements.
5. Quotation and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in collaboration with the technical and engineering teams. Ensure timely submission and follow-up on proposals.
6. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while maximizing revenue and profitability.
7. Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and objectives as defined by the company. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the PEB or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of PEB industry trends and products is a plus.
