We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in the hot rolling mill manufacturing sector, specializing in channels, angles, and profiles. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities that enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to monitor and analyze sales performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the manufacturing industry, preferably in hot rolling mill products such as channels, angles, and profiles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
