1. He has min 7 years of experience in Marketing and Sales of Pharma API & Pharmaceutical Intermediate & Cosmetic API & intermediate.

Conduct Market Research: Create Marketing Strategies: Manage Brand Campaigns: Harness the Power of Digital Marketing: Monitor Campaign Performance: Generating Brand Awareness: Acquiring and Retaining Customers: Generating Revenue:
In this role, you will be expected to

analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

. You will also be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring your sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

2. He is able to handle 2 to 5 team member independently.

3. He must have knowledge of GMP / SOP documentation & he is able to establish & sustain GMP system in plant

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets successfully as given by the management.

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

- Share insights from client interactions with product teams to enhance product capabilities.

- Manage entire customer deal life cycle from prospecting to deal closure stage.

- Identify potential buyers and convert them into actual sale. Expand our networks through different sales channels.

- Proactively contact key stakeholders in the client organization to pitch our product offerings.

- Negotiate with the client on project value, key deliverables, contractual and payment terms.

- Addressing client servicing issues that needs to be escalated.

- Solving client's complaints and answering to their problems.

- Maintaining positive relationship with the existing clients.

- Providing documented report to the management on regular basis.

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.

- Strong business sense and sales expertise.

- Strong leadership and team management experience.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
